Glenn Vo told me about this lab a while back. I’ve been using it for a couple of months now. As always I like to try something before I put a deal up. I don’t want to recommend anything that I wouldn’t use.

Background: I usually pay $200/unit for emax and zirconia crowns. I stopped using Glidewell’s $99 crowns because of fit issues. There is no excuse for this because all of my cases are scanned on a Trios.

I have only used these guys for posterior crowns so far. I’ve been pretty happy though. I don’t know that I would recommend them for anterior cases yet because I haven't done any of those with them. If someone has, please let us know!

#12 and #21 (different Patients) were both done by 4G. To me, marginal integrity trumps physical appearance so I have included xrays of a couple of cases.

My Conclusion: My final judgement is $58 Zirconia that fits like this is a godsend for PPO practices. Emax for $85 isn’t too shabby either. Learn more
